Frequently Asked Questions

When will my gift email be sent?

If you specify for the gift email to be sent the day of your purchase, it will land in your recipient’s inbox within a few minutes. You will also receive an email confirmation once that happens.

If you specify for the gift email to be sent at a future date, that gift email will be sent around 1am PT the day of. For example, if you’d like for it to land in your recipient’s inbox on 12/25, it will be sent in the early (very early) morning hours of 12/25 – making it the perfect email to wake up to 😊

Do I need to know my recipient's mailing address?

Only if you choose our mail option! We’ll need it so that we can send our handwritten card, complete with your personal message and gift code to their mailbox.

If you choose our digital option, the recipient will fill out their shipping details seamlessly when they customize their Pluto Pillow.

How will I know that my recipient received their gift email/card?

If you choose our digital option, you will receive an email confirmation once their gift email lands in their inbox.

Can my gift order by cancelled/sent to someone else?

If you recipient hasn’t redeemed it yet (and we can check on that for you!), email us at sleepy@plutopillow.com

My recipient never received their gift – What do I do?

Oh no! We recommend asking your recipient to check their Spam or Promotions tab, just in case. If the gift email isn’t there, send over a message to us at sleepy@plutopillow.com and we’ll get this sorted out.
