If you specify for the gift email to be sent the day of your purchase, it will land in your recipient’s inbox within a few minutes. You will also receive an email confirmation once that happens.
If you specify for the gift email to be sent at a future date, that gift email will be sent around 1am PT the day of. For example, if you’d like for it to land in your recipient’s inbox on 12/25, it will be sent in the early (very early) morning hours of 12/25 – making it the perfect email to wake up to 😊
Only if you choose our mail option! We’ll need it so that we can send our handwritten card, complete with your personal message and gift code to their mailbox.
If you choose our digital option, the recipient will fill out their shipping details seamlessly when they customize their Pluto Pillow.
If you choose our digital option, you will receive an email confirmation once their gift email lands in their inbox.
