The Core
Based on your questionnaire, we will build your pillow with a CertiPUR-US® foam core that is the perfect thickness for you (from 1" thick and up), with just the right amount of bounce and support. Our pillow cores were developed with partners throughout the US, with differing cushioning technologies, varying in thickness, density, firmness, and even colors – the one you'll get within your own pillow build is dependent on your answers.
Note: The performance foam cores within our pillow builds are not the old memory foams of the past. These newer tech cores are weather / temperature resistant (does not feel firmer in cooler temperatures or softer in warmer temperature), recovers faster and relieves temperature better than typical memory foam.
The Cover
The core is encased within an OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 plush pillow cover, filled with individually blown down-alternative microfibers (not to be confused with cotton batting or cheaper polyfills). These fibers vary in thickness and quantity between pillow builds – dependent on your answers (and are suitable for those with allergies to down feathers). In terms of the cover's surface, there are two options: 1) A luxuriously smooth, ultra breathable, 350 thread count cotton 2) Lightly quilted, cool-to-the-touch, plush fibers.

We believe that you should try our pillow in the comfort of your home for 125 nights. If within those 125 nights, you decide the pillow isn’t for you, we’ll help you process your return and get a full refund. Learn more here.
Once you complete the questionnaire, your data runs through our algorithm that generates your best variation back to us and helps us create a pillow for your unique sleep profile. However, since all of our pillows are made-to-order, there’s still a human element where we make sure your additional optional requests are taken into account before creating the final product (rather than just thickness or firmness).
There can definitely be a time and place for down and latex, but as a hypoallergenic brand with customers who have shared allergic reactions to these materials, we intentionally do not utilize these materials in the make of any of our custom pillows. Instead, we use materials with newer technologies (and that don't trigger these reactions!). We also never wanted to launch with materials that have been traditionally used before – and that already do a great job in that space. However, if you're looking for a down or latex pillow, we completely understand as there are many great ones out there. Reach out for recommendations!
Not at this time. We’re a growing brand and currently focus on our core customizable pillow design. While we’ve heard from some customers who previously used contour pillows, we haven’t seen enough consistent demand to develop that shape just yet. That said, we know sleep preferences vary widely, and it’s something we may explore down the line!
